BAA & HIPAA Notice

For healthcare clients, Dash Funnels is HIPAA-capable and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available and signed as part of onboarding. (No software is “HIPAA certified” — no such certification exists.)

What we provide

A signed BAA, PHI-safe storage with encryption, access controls, unique user logins, two-factor authentication, and audit logging. AI and integrations are configured to stay within the covered environment.

Shared responsibility

We maintain the platform safeguards; you maintain staff training, internal policies, appropriate user access, and how PHI is handled day-to-day. HIPAA compliance is ongoing and shared.
