These Terms govern your use of Dash Funnels. By using the platform you agree to them.

The service

Dash Funnels provides an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform with optional managed services. Features available depend on your plan.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your account, your users, the accuracy of your information, and compliance with applicable laws in how you use the platform (including messaging, advertising, and data-handling rules).

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. A free trial may be offered. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

No guarantees

We work hard to deliver results, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, or outcomes. The platform is provided “as is.”

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dash Funnels and VIS Mountain are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
