Dash Funnels uses artificial intelligence — including the AI Agent and AI-assisted content — to help you grow. This policy explains how we use AI responsibly, what data it touches, and the guardrails in place.
How we use AI
AI powers features like the AI Agent (voice & conversation), AI-assisted follow-up, content suggestions, and analytics. AI is configured and supervised by our team and tuned to your business.
Human oversight
AI assists; people stay accountable. Managed clients have a human team reviewing setup, campaigns, and escalations. You can hand off any AI conversation to a human at any time.
Data the AI uses
The AI Agent is trained on your services, FAQs, and booking rules. It accesses the data needed to answer and book. For healthcare clients, AI features are configured to operate within the PHI-safe, BAA-covered environment.
Accuracy & limits
AI can make mistakes. AI responses are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We design prompts and fallbacks to reduce errors and to escalate when unsure.
Compliance & messaging
AI-driven SMS, email, and voice are configured to respect consent, opt-outs, and applicable communications rules. You remain responsible for the contacts and consent you provide.
Your control
You can enable, limit, or disable AI features, and request information about how AI is used in your account.
