This Privacy Policy explains what information Dash Funnels (operated by VIS Mountain) collects through our website and our software application at app.dashfunnels.com (the “App”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, business details), information collected automatically when you use the website and App (device, log, and usage data, cookies), and information from integrations you connect (e.g., calendars, payments, ads, messaging).

How we use information

To provide and operate the App, set up and manage your account, deliver managed services, communicate with you, process payments and usage, improve and secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Data you process in the App (our processor role)

When you load contacts, leads, patients, or clients into the App and run campaigns, that data is your data. For it, we act as a processor acting on your instructions; you are the controller responsible for having the consents and legal basis to collect and message those people. We process it only to provide the App and as described here, and (for healthcare) under a signed BAA.

Protected health information (PHI)

For healthcare clients, PHI is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in a PHI-safe configuration with encryption, access controls, and audit logging. See our BAA & HIPAA Notice.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, payments, messaging) under contract, and where required by law. Each processor handles data per its own terms.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
