No software is ‘HIPAA certified’ — that certification doesn’t exist — so any vendor claiming it should be treated with caution.

Being HIPAA-capable means two things: the vendor will sign a BAA, and the platform is configured with the required safeguards. We provide both. We also manage your configuration so a non-compliant integration isn’t enabled by accident later — the single most common way practices fall out of compliance.
